What to Expect

HOW IT WORKS!   We want you to feel completely comfortable working with us so it is important you understand the steps we take to make sure your deposition is handled perfectly. 

Scheduling – 

  • Register with us on the PohlmanUSA website.  Entering your personal information with us once will allow you to bypass this step the next time you schedule a deposition.  Save time!
  • Complete the Scheduling form on our website.  Tell us about your deposition and what services you require.  You can also save time by uploading your Notice to us.

-OR-

  • Call our Scheduling Department and talk to a member of our team. They will guide you through the process of scheduling your deposition.

Note:  Should your deposition be within 48 hours of the day you are scheduling, it is imperative that you call our Scheduling Department to begin the process.

Initial Confirmation –

  • You will receive a confirmation by Email within one hour.  This Email will document the information you have provided us. 
    • If you have chosen to receive a confirmation by Phone or Fax, you will receive a follow-up confirmation within one business day. 
  • If you have changes to the deposition information shown on the confirmation, call our Scheduling Department to coordinate the necessary adjustments.

Secondary Confirmation –

  • You will receive a second confirmation within one business day to assure you that we have made the necessary arrangements to provide the services you have requested.  This confirmation will be sent to you by your preferred method (Phone, Fax, or Email).

Canceling or Changing the Deposition -

  • Call our Scheduling Department and talk to a member of our team.  They will gather the needed information from you. 

Final Confirmation –

  • You will receive a final confirmation one business day prior to the deposition date.  This confirmation will be sent to you by your preferred method (Phone, Fax, or Email).

Deposition Day –

  • Should any circumstance arise where you need us to make adjustments to our services, call our Scheduling Department and talk to a member of our team.

Transcript or Video Preparation - 

  • Our Quality Control staff will be tracking your order according to the schedule you have requested.  In the event an unavoidable problem should arise, you will be receiving a call from a member of this team to work out a resolution.
  • Once the court reporter or videographer has submitted your work to us, our Quality Control staff thoroughly reviews the products.  Any needed changes are coordinated with the court reporter or videographer until we are satisfied our standards have been addressed.  You can feel assured your final products will have the same quality and format every time.
  • If you have any questions, feel free to call our Quality Control Department staff.  They are fully aware of your order and can answer any questions you might have.

Transcript or Video Delivery –

  • Your order will be sent to you based on the appropriate delivery method required to meet your schedule. 

Billing –

  • Pohlman provides centralized billing for all orders. One vendor. No end of  year 1099s.
  • If you have any questions about your bill, feel free to call our Billing Department staff.  It is our goal for you to be completely satisfied with our services in all regards.  Please do not hesitate to call us with any concerns you might have.
